The courses will contain several issues related to Nutrition and Health.

The objectives of the course will be:

• To comprehend the role of the nutrition on metabolism and health.
• To understand the role of nutrition in the prevention and treatment of the above-mentioned conditions.
• To develop critical thinking skills through bibliography research and lectures from experts in selected scientific fields.
