- This call for proposals aims to help new entrepreneurs in Europe to enrich their experiences and to learn and network with experienced entrepreneurs. New entrepreneurs will spend some time in enterprises run by experienced entrepreneurs in other EU Member States and in other countries participating in the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme.
The overall objective of the Programme is to enhance the entrepreneurship, internationalisation and competitiveness of potential start-up entrepreneurs and of those running newly established micro and small enterprises in the EU and CIP participating countries
